1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the Tasmemak platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Description of the service
The platform currently consists of:
- Studio — upload a photo and turn it into a 3D model as a GLB file using AI (available now).
- Library — a searchable library of downloadable 3ds Max, FBX and OBJ models (coming soon).
3. Account registration
- Creating an account requires a real mobile number, verified by a one-time code.
- Your name and email must be provided to complete registration.
- One email address cannot be used for more than one account.
- You're responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure.
4. Credits system
- Every user gets free weekly credits (currently 3) to use in the Studio.
- The credit cost of each generation varies by the model used.
- If a generation fails, the debited credit is automatically returned to your balance.
- Credits are not transferable between accounts.
- Paid credits may be added in the future — pricing will be clearly published before any purchase, and purchases are subject to the Refund Policy published on the platform.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- Upload images you don't own or don't have a sufficient licence to use
- Upload illegal or abusive content
- Create multiple fake accounts to bypass free-tier limits
- Attempt to exploit or abuse any technical vulnerability in the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
6. Nature of generated output
Studio output is a textured mesh, good for presentations and early concept massing — it is not a drop-in replacement for a production-ready 3ds Max block. Output quality depends on the clarity of the uploaded image, and no specific result is guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the images you upload and the models generated from them. We only ask for a limited licence to process your images for the purpose of generating the model — nothing more.
Library content (once launched) is subject to each individual model's licence, as shown on its page.
8. Payments
Payments — once enabled — are processed through Paymob. We do not store your card details on our servers. See the Refund Policy for refund details.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, or from relying on generated models in real projects without professional review.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, particularly in cases of free-tier abuse or fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published here.
