1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy covers Tasmemak (تصميمك), a platform for interior designers and architects in Egypt combining a 3D asset library with an image-to-3D AI generation studio.
The legal entity operating the platform: [Legal entity name — registration pending]. This field will be updated once company registration is complete.
This policy applies to your use of the website, account registration, uploading images and using the Studio, and any future purchases made through the platform.
2. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your mobile number (used to verify your identity and sign you in)
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your preferred language (Arabic or English)
When you use the Studio, we also collect:
- Images you upload to be turned into a 3D model
- The resulting 3D models (GLB files)
- Your generation history (which model was used, status, timestamps)
- Your credit ledger (credits granted, spent, and refunded)
We do not collect or store your IP address in our own database. It's used only momentarily when a verification code is sent, and forwarded directly to our verification provider (Akedly) — see section 6.
3. How we verify your phone number
We use a one-time verification code (OTP) instead of a password. The code is delivered over WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels through a dedicated verification provider (Akedly), which also includes bot-prevention checks (proof-of-work and, sometimes, Cloudflare Turnstile) to prevent abuse.
4. How we use your information
- Creating your account and verifying your identity when you sign in
- Granting your weekly free credits
- Turning images you upload into 3D models
- Keeping a history of your generations so you can revisit and download them
- Preventing abuse of the platform (e.g. mass fake account creation)
- Responding to your questions and support requests
- Meeting legal obligations where applicable
5. Uploaded images and generated models
When you use the Studio, the image you upload is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the 3D model. Your images are not used by us to train any AI models.
You must own the image you upload, or hold a sufficient licence to use it. See our Terms of Service for more detail.
6. Third parties we share data with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the following, only to the extent needed to run the service:
- Akedly — to send and verify your sign-in code (mobile number, IP address at the moment of sending)
- fal.ai — to generate the 3D model from your uploaded image
- Cloudflare — to store uploaded images and generated files
- Neon — to host the account and usage database
- Paymob — to process payments, once paid plans are enabled
7. International data transfers
Some of our providers (such as our database host) store your data on servers outside Egypt. We aim to ensure this transfer complies with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020). This section needs specialist legal review before final sign-off.
8. Data retention
We keep your account data, images, and models for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit and download them at any time. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time — see section 10.
10. Your rights under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law
Under Law 151 of 2020, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Request full deletion of your account and data
- Receive a copy of your data

11. Children
The platform is intended for professional designers and architects, and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will be published here along with an updated date.
